Shannon earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oregon State University, graduating in 1989. She is an entrepreneur as well as a licensed massage therapist and dance teacher. She recently sold a profitable business (fitness center and dance studio) that she built from scratch 10 years ago, in preparation for her new venture into the craft beer industry. Although she is still teaching dance and practicing as a massage therapist in a part-time capacity, the majority of her time is spent on the brewery in several management roles. Her strength is in her ability and willingness to go out and talk to people about the business, to tell our story and sell our beer.
Jennifer earned her Master's in Business Administration from Concordia University in 2006. She was the Compliance Officer for PacificSource Community Health Plans, based in Bend, OR, for 11 1/2 years. She is now working part-time for PacificSource so that she can focus on our new venture and her children. Her primary experience is in business and regulatory compliance, making her the perfect choice for our financial officer. Along with Shannon Adair, Jennifer will be primarily responsible for managing aspects of the business such as operations, financial management, purchasing, and human resources.
Jeremy is currently working full time as a lineman for Oregon Trail Electric Coop. He is also our head brewer and has been brewing since 2011. He has written all of our recipes and is the first one to brew all the new recipes. He has received exceptional feedback from our customers as shown through social media, as well as many repeat customers at the pub throughout the last year. One reviewer on the Beer Advocate beer rating site said of Jeremy's Mazelnut Brown Ale, "Goes down easily and leaves one with a strong desire to have another". Jeremy has a love for the brewing process and all the small details that go into every beer, making him exceptional at his job.
